Terms of Service

General Terms

- I have the right to refuse a commission if I don’t feel comfortable doing it.- All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.- You CAN’T modify my artwork. If you want to change anything, message me, and we can discuss it.- Do not use my art in AI- You CAN’T resell the artwork.- Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes without agreeing with me.- We can communicate about commercial use

What I Won't draw

- I'm bad at drawing Real People (Realism not my cup of tea)
- I'm bad at drawing dark fantasy art
- Homophobic, ugly gore, and other inappropriate staff.

Payment Information

- I accept payments on Paypal (ftf)- Monobank or other payment methods (for ukrainians)- We can do 100% or 50\50 (50% upfront and 50% after approving all the details).- I’ll start working on the commission as soon as I receive the payment (we can do sketches while discussing all details).

PROCESS

- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to 2 months, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and my other work.- You must be over 18 to commission me, even if it's SFW.- I will send you a sketch before continuing onto lineart/colouring, you must approve if the sketch is 100% good to go before I do anything else. It’s your responsibility to tell me if anything is missing/needs changing.-Major changes in the lineart/colouring stages will incur an additional fee. Small corrections/revisions are okay.- I will send you all the steps of my work for discussing - sketch, art, color, light, and other details.- We can discuss "Rush Commission" - Shorter deadline than usual. It will be an additional payment for rush.- I save work as JPGs and PNGs, 300 dpi.
